This newly constructed condominium has a beautiful complex, located on the sourthern tip of downtown Cozumel, within close proximity to all the in town entertainment, while still being very close to the southern marina and dive shops.


The complex itself has a wide array of entertainment options, from tennis courts to beautiful palapas that are big enough to house a mass amount of people while still being private. The quality surrounding the complex is very fitting to Cozumel as an island, leaving the guests not wanting to return home!
