Light neutral colors together with deep green leather sofas in the living area enhance this sun-filled unit. This Oceanfront Condominium is located in the Puesta del Sol phase II, you won’t find a better location on the Island. It’s close proximity to town, dive boat pick up, and great snorkeling just in front of the Mexico Vacation Condo make this condo the perfect spot to spend a dream vacation.  

Oceanfront Condominium #3N comes with great amenities like central air conditioning, Satellite TV, VCR, and CD Stereo. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, but if you don't feel like doing the cooking on your CozumelVacations let one of our gourmet chefs do it for you. The dining room seats eight, and there is additional seating at the lunch counter, which has four stools. So sit back and relax in the inviting leather couches and prepare for a real vacation.

The Third and fourth bedroom each have queen bed, but are still very comfortable and spacious. These two bedrooms share a bath.
