To protect your privacy we are providing this notice which explains how all information collected by us, through the internet and by other methods, will be used. Any information submitted by you is kept in the strictest confidentiality. We do not sell, distribute, or otherwise make public any information that you submit to us in order to inquire, question, or reserve a vacation property.
What type of information we collect & how it is used:
Any and all information that is collected by us is used strictly to inform you as the consumer about our services. On some pages there is a link which can be used to send us an e-mail. The type of information collected when an e-mail is sent is as follows:

This information is used only for the purpose of informing you of the type of service we offer, what we have available, and to answer your direct questions.
Should you decide to reserve a vacation property, Cozumel Vacation Villas will need to collect the following information.
Ø Name
Ø Mailing address
Ø Telephone number
Ø E-mail address
Ø Number of guests traveling with you
Ø How you first heard about us
This information is used solely for the purpose of communicating with you regarding different aspects of your reservation. Information submitted on how you first heard about us is used only for the purpose of marketing, and is not associated in any way with the rest of your personal information.
Although we do send out a periodic newsletter, by renting a vacation property through us, you are not automatically entered to receive this electronic newsletter. If you are interested in this please fill out the section of your contract that asks for your E-mail address, or send an E-mail from the address you would like the publication sent to specifying that you would like to receive the periodic newsletters.
To change/correct collected information:
To ensure that our records remain up to date it may become necessary to change/update your personal information. If you are changing E-mail addresses please send an E-mail to us from your current address which specifies what your new address will be. If your other personal information changes during the time you have made a reservation, but have departed for your trip please contact our office by telephone. In order to ensure your privacy please have your reservation number and/or the old information available.
