We just returned from Cozumel and our fabulous stay at Residencias Reef #6300. Our vacation was absolutely perfect! We all loved waking up to the breathtaking views of the Caribbean with beautiful beaches, palm trees, gorgeous water, and gentle breezes. The sunsets from the roof at RR # 6300 were spectacular! Pedro and Lupita were most helpful in making our stay enjoyable. Pedro was extremely responsive to anything we requested. We would most definitely rent this penthouse again!

We just got back from our week in Cozumel at the Castillo Del Rey, such a nice place!  Pedro was very helpful and even brought us towels on Saturday when the maid did not come (we did not know she did not work on Saturdays or we would have planned better).  The air conditioning was broke in one bedroom and he had it promptly replaced.  Thanks again for the extra beds. 

Our group was very impressed and we look forward to booking it again for next year.

Just wanted to say a quick but deserved THANK YOU for the great vacation in Cozumel last week.  Your whole staff here and in Cozumel, especially Trevor, did a great job for us.  We had a few complications, but your team went out of the way to make everything just right.  We look forward to doing business with you again and will be back in touch.  Again, thanks for all you guys did for us, including discounting the rate on the beautiful Island House.  I have already been giving your name to other church members here.

Ricardo:  Our family just got back from spending a week (June 21 – 28, 2008) at the Castillo del Rey villa that you manage in Cozumel.  We wanted to tell you what a fantastic time we had while we were there.  We started planning our trip almost a year ago and decided on an in-town rental to be close to the “real life” of Cozumel.  We looked through the photos and the other information on your websites and decided on Castillo del Rey.  The website we found most helpful was the cozumelvillas.com site managed by Ron and Sherrie White.  Their organization of the available villas into the “intown” and “beach” categories was very helpful and their photos and descriptions were great.  Since this was our first trip to Cozumel, we had a lot of questions about what to pack, how to plan for transportation (between Cancun Airport and Cozumel, and on Cozumel during our week there), and what to bring with us and what to get on the island.  Your answers thru email and through phone calls helped us a lot.  Our group came into both the Cancan and the Cozumel airports and some of the flights were delayed.  It was very reassuring to be in touch with you by phone to adjust our meeting with you at the Ferry dock when we arrived.  When we arrived, you met us at the Ferry and helped us get taxis to the villa.  Quentin helped us get into the villa and get established.  Alex (even though it was his week to be on vacation) helped us throughout the week and answered any questions we had.  We stopped by your offices one day while on a walk through town and met A.J. and some of your other staff.  Everyone was very friendly and helpful. 

The villa was even better that it looked in the website pictures.  It was a private paradise in the middle of town close to restaurants and shopping and people watching.  We found the Chedraui grocery store the first day and got everything we needed for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.  We ate out at restaurants and loncherias when we wanted to and made our own meals much of the time.

Esperanza, the maid, was great.  She put up with our poor Spanish and did a wonderful job of cleaning around us.  We had 10 adults in the group.  The two married couples took the two bedrooms upstairs.  (My wife and I of course took the master bedroom that between the bedroom, the bath, and the private second floor balcony is almost the size of our whole house in Ann Arbor.)  The two downstairs bedrooms become the “guy’s room” and the “girl’s room”.  The living room and the sitting area between the diving room and living room gave our entire group plenty of room to sit and talk if we wanted to be inside.  The outside patio and its large “dinning table” and chairs handled the whole group when we wanted to eat outside.  The outside ceiling fans made everything comfortable. 

I would recommend your property management group and the Castillo del Rey to anyone who wanted a great, private, in-town place to stay in Cozumel.  Thanks again for making our “trip of a lifetime” even better than we expected.

We had an amazing time. Thank you for your efforts .  The house was everything we could have hoped for and more. I loved being part of the community. I used the local laundry services , stores etc. as much as I could.  The rooms were large, clean and everyone slept well.. The maid service was excellent .. Louisa did an awesome job.  The pool girl kept the water sparkling. The pool was such a treat after a day of snorkeling or boogie-boarding.  The island was beautiful and we took advantage of our rental car and explored every beach we could find. We enjoyed cooking our own meals and having family times, but we also loved the restaurants we went to. Our host, Alex,was more than helpful, especially when my wife had an ear infection and he took us to a doctor's office and paved the way for quick help. He stopped by every day and asked if we needed anything. Most days we at least had a question he could answer .. what restaurant, beach or what ever ...

Just wanted to let you know, we had a great time at the condo-it was absolutely beautiful! Some people we knew that were in Cozumel at the same time came over to look at it and loved it too. All of the staff were very helpful and professional. I thought maybe if I go sometime in the off season that I would have more time to view some of your villas.

Anyway, I know that I will highly recommend this condo in the future to clients!
